1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "user") and ako27 ("the platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the ako27 website, mobile platform, and any associated services.

By accessing ako27, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

These Terms are written in English (Philippines). In the event of any ambiguity, the English version is the governing version.

2 Eligibility

To use ako27 as a real-money player, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be located in, and a resident of, the Philippines.
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an ako27 employee or affiliated entity.
• Be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.

ako27 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one ako27 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account termination.

Before real-money withdrawals can be processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a mandatory security measure, not optional.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Enable OTP two-factor authentication — this is available on your account and strongly recommended. ako27 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits

All deposits on ako27 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are accepted via supported local payment channels including Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet channels displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
• Deposits must come from a payment channel registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per channel and are displayed in your account cashier.
• ako27 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Funds deposited in error or deposited from a payment method that cannot be verified may be reversed. ako27 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Payouts are made only to channels registered and verified under your account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• OTP confirmation is required to authorise every withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Processing times vary by channel and VIP tier. See the Withdrawal page for expected timelines.
• ako27 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity or source-of-funds verification.

Winnings credited to your balance may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering conditions have been met. Where a bonus or promotional credit applies, check the specific terms for that offer before withdrawing.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available in the ako27 Game Lobby — including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, online poker, and fishing games — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Bets placed and accepted are final. Cancellation of bets after acceptance is not permitted except as provided by specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game, ako27 will resolve the round based on system records. The platform's records are the authoritative reference for all game outcomes.
• Suspicious betting patterns, use of automated bots or scripts, arbitrage strategies, or any behaviour designed to exploit the platform are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled based on the odds accepted at the time of placement.
• ako27 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds, markets, or game data is identified.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ako27 may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional credits from time to time. Where promotions are active, they will be described in your account dashboard or through official ako27 communication channels.

• All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds where applicable.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be treated separately in your account balance. Check the cashier for your current balance breakdown.
• ako27 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or structured betting to clear wagering requirements artificially — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming

• A player provides false registration information or fails to complete KYC verification.
• Fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, or other financial misconduct is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be underage.
• A player operates multiple accounts.
• Prohibited betting patterns, use of automated tools, or exploitation of platform errors is detected.
• A player's account is requested to be closed by relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. ako27 will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible.

10 Privacy and Data

ako27 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

KYC documents submitted for identity verification are stored securely and used solely for compliance and verification purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ako27 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through gameplay, including all betting outcomes.
• Losses arising from technical faults, interruptions, or delays outside ako27's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Loss of winnings or account balance as a result of account suspension for a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any claim that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

ako27 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of ako27 after a change has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account.
